We’ve been finely honing our anti-paperwork skills at loft of late, on a variety of projects. Not least of these is Cyclescheme, who’s monster extranet we are responsible for developing and maintaining.
Over the last couple of months we’ve been crafting the automatic generation of contracts, invoices, credit notes and remittances in PDF format from the system. It sends the lucky recipients an email with a secure link to their files, which they can download or forward to the accounts department at their company.
Of course PDF is printable format, but for those who are really green the records are equally available in a spreadsheet format which can be imported into the accounting system of their choice. Which is just what we do at loft.
Paperwork is dead, long live digital!
