We’re delighted to announce following last night’s RAD awards that our work Grant Thornton’s graduate strategy is part of the winning RAD Graduate Campaign of the Year 2012 award. The campaign information notes that:
“The aim was to differentiate themselves from the ‘Big 4’ and all other recruiters, by allowing trainees to speak for themselves. The campaign consisted of a website, brochure, social media, third party advertising and onsite at campus. It invited engagement from the target market and conveyed the personality of the firm, thereby encouraging self-selection.”
And the judges commented that, “Compelling and courageous campaign that made Grant Thornton stand out in a crowded market.”
Other winners included Jaguar Land Rover, the National Trust, ITV, Sky and KPMG.
Many thanks to our friends at McQueen for brilliant creative concepts for us to work with, and of course to the team at Grant Thornton for their willingness to push expectations of digital technology in this sector. Well done all!
