Helen Akoni
Digital health lead
A vastly experienced health technology specialist, Helen has worked with over 40 NHS trusts on leading clinical, patient and data platforms. As our digital health lead, she works in close collaboration with our clients, partners and technology teams. She has an MA in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Cambridge and an MCS in Health Informatics from Leeds University.

Nick Nettleton
CEO and founder
For over 25 years, Nick has been delivering technology platforms and programmes, pioneering innovative technologies and advising senior management teams on tech and data strategy. Applying this experience in digital health, he helped launch the MyEyeSite platform in collaboration with UCL and Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Sam Scarles
Mobile and frontend lead
With a background developing web and mobile applications, Sam is a specialist in designing user interfaces for specific patient groups as well as clinicians, health service professionals and medical researchers. He is an expert in accessibility and user-centred design, working closely with our digital health clients and their user groups.

Rimvydas Zilinskas
Lead engineer
Rim specialises in the design, development and management of secure and scalable digital health platforms. He builds the technology that helps our clients become leaders in the space. He’s a certified AWS SysOps and Oracle Java SE 7 engineer with additional expertise in Python, .NET, G-Cloud and other key technologies.
